Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical errors leading to duplicate payment within 48 hours of transaction
- Platform downtime exceeding 72 hours after payment without access granted
- Membership not activated due to a verified system failure on our end
Non-Refundable Items
- Membership/registration fees after platform access is granted
- Task participation fees once a task has been initiated
- Referral-based purchases or upgrades
- Reward redemptions or wallet withdrawals
- Any fees paid after 7 days of the transaction date
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your banking institution.
Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you believe it was wrongly assessed, you may escalate the matter by writing to our Grievance Officer at grievance@goldenbharat.in. All disputes will be resolved within 30 days.

- Users must not engage in fraudulent task completion, fake referrals, or system manipulation
- Rewards are based on genuine participation — any attempt to game the system will result in immediate account termination

4. Rewards & Withdrawals
- Rewards are earned based on task completion and participation metrics
- Withdrawal of rewards is subject to minimum threshold requirements
- Golden Bharat reserves the right to withhold rewards pending verification
- Tax obligations on earned rewards are the sole responsibility of the user
5. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
